After 21 years, Direct Marketers On Call, Inc. will be closing its doors. As a pioneer in the professional temporary services for direct marketers, DMOC was a resource for top advertising agencies and Fortune 1000 clients seeking interim marketing staffers. Over the years, it was a dependable staple for so many direct marketers who wanted consulting projects between jobs or to enhance their work experience.

Heather Frayne, the founder of DMOC, said that it’s with great regret that she is shutting down the business at this time. But the economic slump has taken its toll.

So many talented people have contributed to the success of DMOC: clients who turned to DMOC find temporary staffers, the direct marketing pros who represented DMOC on projects, and the dedicated team at DMOC.
